MORE THAN BASKETBALL.
P.H.A.S.E. 1 Academy Jamaica is a year-round basketball development program connecting young athletes in Jamaica and across the diaspora with high-level training, competition, mentorship and international opportunities.
P.H.A.S.E. 1 stands for:
Potential + Heart + Attitude + Skills = Elite 1
Our athletes come from communities across Jamaica and abroad, united by basketball and the belief that where you start should never determine how far you can go.
Through development programs, camps, showcases, travel teams and international competition, P.H.A.S.E. 1 is helping build the next generation of Jamaican basketball.
The world is watching.
